For the last 20 years, Westhaven has been a well known, Master planned community in Franklin Tennessee. it is widely recognized for providing residents with an engaged lifestyle, world-class amenities and superior design standards with a commitment to sustainability. The Westhaven community comprises the ancestral farms of several Williamson County families along with their family graveyards. Evidence of prehistoric items found in abundance hints at Native American presence on this land dating back approximately 15,000 years. Additionally, this area serves as a tribute to the former custodianship, notably honoring Milton and Paul Pearre, who farmed a section of this land until 2001, commemorated through the naming of Pearre Creek Elementary school.

From tennis to pickleball to Friday-night concerts to cocktails and dinner in the town center, Westhaven has it all. As part of the community, you gain access to several pools for swimmers of all ages, fitness centers that suit any level of activity. Westhaven also features walking trails throughout the community and some that take you into beautiful natural landscapes. Community spirit is the heart of West Haven.
