☕️ Merridee’s Breadbasket

Merridee’s feels like stepping into your grandmother’s kitchen: cozy, comforting, and always smelling like fresh-baked bread. It is one of the oldest original spots in Downtown Franklin. We always love to bring clients here before showing them the property to connect, chat, and make sure we are on the same page! ESPECIALLY if they are coming from out of town😍 Whether it’s a cinnamon roll and coffee in the morning or a classic chicken salad sandwich at lunch, this place is full of nostalgia and small-town charm.

🍽️ Gray’s on Main

Set in a carefully restored 1876 pharmacy, Gray’s offers upscale Southern fare with historic character. It’s one of our go-to spots for a date night out or a recommendation to guests. The shrimp & grits and fried pimento cheese balls never disappoint!😛 Upstairs, you’ll find a cocktail bar that’s as lively as the live music on weekends.

🥐 Triple Crown Bakery

This quaint cottage bakery is straight out of a storybook. Owner Alena makes everything from scratch, and you can taste the love in every bite. Their lavender shortbread and seasonal pastries are some of the best we’ve had. There is even a wide variety of gluten-free options! It’s the perfect Saturday morning treat after a stroll through downtown.

🥃 Stable Reserve

For a more sophisticated night out🧐... Stable Reserve offers craft cocktails in a 1800s building that used to be a livery stable.  Beautifully restored walls, with original brick pieces, plus the pillars were a part of the horse stables way back when. The atmosphere is warm and rustic with a modern twist. Great for a morning coffee and laptop work or date nights, celebrations, & client meet-ups!

🍳 Biscuit Love

Originally a Nashville food truck, this breakfast/brunch spot now has a beloved location in Franklin. It’s all about bold, Southern flavors, and it really is the definition of comfort food. With now 6 locations (more on the way), our beloved Franklin location resides in a beautiful Queen Ann style home that has been a part of the historic town's history since the 1800s. This is another go-to for us to bring clients to!

🍷 Red Pony

An elevated dining experience and one of Franklin’s finest. Chef Jason McConnell crafts a seasonal menu with Southern roots and global flair. The service is impeccable, the food unforgettable; it is a perfect place to celebrate a big moment, like a new home closing!

🏡 The Coffee House at Second and Bridge

Set in a cozy historic home, this coffee shop is as welcoming as it gets. Grab a latte and settle in on the front porch or by the fireplace inside. It is the perfect place to nestle in during the morning and start your day before you head out on the town.

🍕 Mellow Mushroom

Funky, fun, and family-friendly. Mellow Mushroom is the best for casual pizza nights with the kids or friends. The Main Street location gives you that unbeatable downtown buzz, and they deliver the best pizza experience in town because of their delicious dough, premium ingredients, and unique flavors.

Downtown Franklin is the heart of what Franklin is all about. Even with 100s of new stores, renovations, and expansions, it still carries the small-town charm that everyone loves. It’s where we work, play, and create memories. These local spots are part of what makes this community so special and why everyone is moving here.
