Hi! I am Kyle Wallace, Realtor and Founder of Wallace Group.



My wife Casey and I are California transplants, and love the life we have in Middle Tennessee.



While I love real estate and helping out our clients, my true passion is being a husband to Casey and father to our wonderful four children; Levi, Ellie, Emma, and Luke. I was a youth pastor for six years before I took the full time jump into real estate. This experience helped set the foundation for how I interact with clients.



The teenage years are confusing, complicated, and full of excitement. Now, take what I just said and replace “teenage years” with “buying/selling a property.” I love to help navigate this process with my clients with the heart of a teacher. My commitment to my clients is to always put their best interest first. My job is to educate, get to know my clients “big why,” and do everything in my power to make sure my clients transaction is as profitable as possible.



It’s a rare combination to have someone that understands the financial and emotional impacts a real estate transaction can have on a family. That is something I take very seriously, and I look forward to helping out your family!



When I founded Wallace Group, I made a commitment to do real estate differently. I believe it is possible to be mindful of sound investment strategy AND mindful of the emotional aspect of any real estate purchase. While there are investors, most residential real estate transactions are for primary residence. Behind every door is a family and 9 times out of 10, that family is buying/selling due to a big life change. Those changes can bring both seasons of joy and sorrow, addition and subtraction.



The home is typically the largest investment most have, and yet, it’s the hub of emotion and stability in the American family. I find it vital to train all of our staff to understand these lines are crossed daily with our clients. There will be some that are numbers driven, and some that are emotion driven. Our job is to understand our clients needs, preferred form of communication, and how they process information. We take all of this information, and put together a personalized plan for each family. We sit as a staff and pray for our clients. We collaborate weekly on how we can best serve the needs of each client, and we execute with passion and excellence.
